English curriculum specialist – TOEFL(speaking)

General Responsibilities
1.Produce high-quality and engaging curriculum in the TOEFL speaking subject for grade 9-12 high school students;
2. Instruct students in high schools through grade 9 to 12 of English speaking courses;
3.Implement current theories and methods in teaching of English speaking courses, especially for TOEFL Speaking test prep;
4.Teach in accordance with departmental course outlines and design instructional activities to promote student success;
5.Collaborate with colleagues in program and curriculum development and participate in other departmental meetings and projects;
6.Teach scheduled classes and perform related duties as assigned;
7.Promote the success of a diverse student population through careful preparation of course materials and effective teaching methodologies;
8.Participate in assessment, evaluation, and planning of Student Learning Outcomes and Program Learning Outcomes.
Qualifications (you should have most of these)
1.Native English speakers;
2.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably master’s degree or above in a relevant field;
3.2 years Curriculum development experience;
4.Experience working with English language learners;
5.(2+) years TOEFL speaking teaching experience;
6.TEFL Certificate or TESL Certificate is preferred;
7.Health and no more than 55 years old
