Jiahui Health嘉会医疗 (www.jiahui.com) is recruiting for an Administrative Director for our Cancer Center, an important leadership role in this high profile Jiahui department. This position reports to the Executive Director of the Cancer Center with a dotted line into the Chief Operations Officer

You Will:
Lead long-term planning for ongoing cancer center growth and progress for radiation oncology, surgical oncology and medical oncology
Prepare and coordinate all reports and surveys for the center and assist in the preparation of city and health authority regulatory inspections for chemotherapy and radiation service lines.
Working with the Clinical Service Chiefs to oversee matters pertaining to basic operational policies of the clinical care system; formulate and recommend new or revised operational policies and procedures and monitor those implemented.
Oversee the development, business practices/systems and analytics related to cancer center financial records and reporting. Monitors cancer center performance to ensure that budgetary objectives are attained.
Assist cancer center executive director in the planning, and execution of academic educational, research conferences and program initiatives in conjunction with MGH and interact with the Marketing & Business Development (MBD) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) office
Oversee the observership program with our international partner, the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), including logistics and collaboration with the Jiahui Medical Affairs Office (MAO) and Human Capital (CH) departments for planning and assessment.
Represents the cancer center on various institutional standing and ad hoc committees and task forces
Responsible for all personnel functions within delegated functional unit area, including training, placement, supervision, termination, performance evaluation and position development
Responsible for establishing goals/objectives, and evaluating all personnel under his/her supervision
Evaluate supervisory and administrative workloads to ensure quality, equitable distribution and to determine whether reduction or addition of personnel in necessary.
Assist the cancer center executive director/Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in recruiting, hiring and onboarding departmental faculty in support of Institutional and cancer center missions.
Responsible for establishment and maintenance of annual budgets, planning and analytics necessary for all departments/divisions as dictated by cancer center director/CMO/COO

You Have:
Experiencing as an Administrative leader or in managing healthcare organizations with multiple sites (e.g., multiple hospital campuses, satellite clinics, or ambulatory surgery centers).
