Finance Controller

Responsibilities
1.Report directly to the General Manager
2.Provide leadership to the Finance team for the effective performance of the Company’s full spectrum of finance functions
3.Manage and supervise daily finance operations and carry out budgeting and forecasting, month-end closing and management reports etc.
4.Act as a business partner to highlight the findings of the reports and make recommendations to improve financial performance
5.Set up finance and accounting policies to align with the Company development
6.Perform Inventory control and ensure the ordering, storage is properly recordedIf interest, pls send your CV to:michelle.lee@zltalent.com
7.Monitor the age of the inventory and establish internal policies to streamline and standardize the inventory control procedures
8.Ensure the audit standard and procedures comply with accounting standards and company policies
9.Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by the Company
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
2.Qualified accountant (ACCA/CPA/AIA) with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in Travel Retail/Retail and Liquor and Tobacco is a must
3.Experience in setting up new system for start-up company is an advantage
4.Presentable, strategic, seasoned accounting senior management professional who has outstanding planning, analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
5.Has good leadership and team management power, willing to take up any challenging work and responsibilities.
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
8.Immediately available is preferred
