HR manager

Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of HR professionals and be accountable for the effective performance of the HR organization
2. Ensure high standards of HR services delivery in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Development, Communication programs and Employee Engagement and all other HR activities
3. Be an effective HR Business partner and provide advice and support on complex HR issues and recommendations for policies and processes improvements to Management
4. Identify effective recruitment channels and networking to maintain an effective talent pipeline
5. Ensure a conducive work climate for a highly motivated and engaged workforce to support the business operations
6. Keep abreast of market HR trends and initiate new ideas and HR strategies
7. Enhance the company’s branding and image in the local community through support and involvement in community activities and programs
8. Plan HR operating budget and ensure expenses are kept within HR budget plan.
9. Ensure proper and consistent implementation of all Human Resources procedures and guidelines and these are in compliance with local legislations
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
2. Proven track record of three or more years of experience in a similar management capacity in a retail or service industry
3. Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, coaching and communication skills.
4. Able to interact with all levels of staff
5. Fluent in English and Cantonese
