Merchandsing Vice President

Responsibilities:
1、 Be responsible for planning and executing all merchandising functions;
2、 Development of vision and worldwide strategy to support the growing stores in domestic and oversea markets.
3、 Create and execute the category strategies, drive brands space planning and allocation, lead and develop famous brands relationship to maximize performance for all.
4、 Review and implement Merchandising strategies, coordinate resource, balance different markets according the local consumption ability to create more profit.
5、 Strong negotiation skills with luxury brands and keep good connection with them.
6、 Build and lead the big team to reach the target of the group.
Requirements:
1、 More than 15 years working experience in luxury retail or related industry, at least three years merchandising management experience.
2、 Well known global famous luxury brands and smart to work with them.
3、 Strong leadership skills to lead about 100-200 team members;
4、 Fluent English, Mandarin is a plus.
