MEP Manager

Responsibilities：
1、Directing and overseeing implementation of the construction management of the project management department of the Group’s overseas real estate center;
2、Management and supervision of early project operation and bidding control, including negotiation, scheduling, and budgeting;
3、Management and coordination between GC, MEP sub-contractors and consultants;
4、Developing, examining, and approving construction schemes and technical standards;
5、Formulating and examining construction plans, and supervising plan implementation;
6、Support and work closely with construction director on other hands-on issues.
Requirements：
1、At least 8 years project magement related working experience in constitutions field.
2、More than one or two complete project experience, proven MEP management working experience;
3、Rich project working experience, especially hotel and high-end residential projects.
4、Familiar with western region market of American.
