项目执行副总监 (北京)

1、 工民建、机电、装饰、工程管理或相关专业本科及以上学历;
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Civil Engineering, MEP, Decoration,Engineering management or other relevant expertise;
2、 15年以上工程公司、开发商的工作经验。其中至少有3年以上、中型以上的房地产开发企业、总包项目总监或同等职位经验;
over 15 years of working experience with engineering companies or developers, among which, you should also have at least 3 years of experience working as a project management, Director (or equal) in a medium-size (or above) project management,
general contractor or real estate enterprise;
3、 全程操作过至少1个大型项目综合商业项目的工作经验;
Have fully participated in the creation or operation of at least 1 large comprehensive industrial or Commercial project;
4、 对房地产工程管理的各个环节有较深的了解和丰富的经验, 熟悉合同、招投标、造价、进度、设计、EHS、施工、验收;
Have in-depth knowledge and rich experience in every part of project development real estate engineering management, including contract, cost of construction,schedule, design, EHS, construction and acceptance;
5、 有很强的组织、沟通、协调等综合能力，有和国外公司合作的经验者优先；
Have strong integrative competence in organization, communication and coordination,preference for those who have working experience in international companies;
6、 具有流利的英文听说读写能力；
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English;
7、 为人正直、勤奋、责任感强，抗压能力强;
Be diligent, responsible and to work under pressure.8、 具有优秀的团队组织、管理和领导能力
The ability to organize, manage and lead a competent team.
