工程副总经理

任职资格：
1、性别：男性优先，白人优先。年龄：42-52、学历：本科以上，必须是工程背景出身！
2、业务工作经验
1）在伦敦当地必须有高层建筑工程施工经验，有深基坑土建及高层结构经验；
2）多面手，视野高，熟悉伦敦当地的建设工程管理体系，合同体系，市场规范和管理规范；
3）必须有甲方视角，能够站在业主的角度全过程（procurement &tender, demolition, GMP, value engineering）管控总包及分包商的工程进度、质量和成本；
3、语言：不强制中文语言要求，但英文需作为工作语言。
工作职责：
1. 负责总部境外地产中心项目管理部各项工程指标的监管和执行；
Directing and overseeing implementation of the construction management of the project management department of the Group’s overseas real estate center;
2. 负责项目前期运作及招标投标控制工作的管理和监督，包括谈判、工程进度和预算工作；
Internal Only Management and supervision of early project operation and bidding control,
including negotiation, scheduling, and budgeting;
3. 负责管理不同的总包、分包商以及工程顾问；
Management and coordination between GC, sub-contractors and consultants;
4．负责制定和审核工程施工方案及各项技术标准；
Developing, examining, and approving construction schemes and technical standards;
5．负责制定工程施工计划并监督计划的执行；
Formulating and examining construction plans, and supervising plan implementation;
6. 与其他总监紧密合作，完成其他工作；
Support and work closely with construction director on other hands-on issues.
7. 负责对工程部门两名或两名以上的员工进行监督和管理；
Supervision and management of two or more employees in construction department;
