任职资格：
1. 性别：男，华人优先，白人可接受。 语言：英文熟练，会中文者优先。年
龄：32-45、学历：本科以上，工民建及相关专业。
2. 业务工作经验
1）必须在美国西海岸有超高层或者高层全过程管理经验，尤其是对于
深基坑建筑有所了解，对于悉尼当地的岩土结构有了解，对于建筑业态无
具体要求；
2）候选人必须在总包公司担任过项目经理，或者在甲方全程负责过工
程全过程管理，对于机电方向有一定涉猎者优先；
3）熟悉洛杉矶地区当地的外围关系；
工作职责：
1、 Management and supervision of pre-project operation and bidding control,
including negotiation, purchasing and budgeting;
负责项目前期运作及招标投标控制工作的管理和监督，包括谈判、采购和预算工
作；
2、 Development and examination of construction schemes and technical standards;
负责制定和审核工程施工方案及各项技术标准；
3、 Formulating construction plans, and supervising the implementation;
负责制定工程施工计划并监督计划的执行；
4、 Recommending courses of action related to engineering personnel including, but
not 、 limited to, hiring, training, discipline, and advancement/promotion;
负责提出与工程人员相关的行动建议，包括但不限于招聘、培训、纪律和晋升；
5、 Coordinating relations among contractors, supervising units, design units and
other relevant units; and
负责协调承包商、监理单位、设计单位及其他有关单位之间的关系；以及
6、 Construction quality standard formulation, and quality supervision and
management.
负责工程质量标准的制定以及质量监督和管理。
