任职资格：
1、性别：男性优先，必须为华人。年龄：35-48、学历：本科以上，财务
相关专业。
2、业务经验：
1）至少 3 年地产行业的财务经理经验；
2）必须熟悉美国地产行业的贷款流程，有一定的贷款渠道；
3）熟悉各类报表、结算；
3、管理经验
1) 至少有 2 年团队管理经验；
4、语言：中英文流利
工作职责：
1、 In charge of project financing and management of loan funds;
2、 In charge of financial analysis of projects;
3、 In charge of work related to various operating budgets of projects;
4、 In charge of cash flow management for projects;
5、 In charge of design and management of various tax regime;
6、 Recommending courses of action related to personnel including, but not
limited to training, discipline, and advancement/promotion;
7、 In charge of various internal and external liaison.
