澳大利亚黄金海岸-成本经理

任职资格：
1、性别：男优先，华人。年龄35 -48、学历：本科以上，工民建及工程造价等专业。
2、业务工作经验
1）必须熟练使用成本软件、合同管理者及工程算量，有酒店业态管控经验优先；
2）熟悉土建、精装业务知识；
3）招标、采购全过程管理，成本报表整合、汇报，合约管理；具有管理一级总包的经验，管理分包的经验，具有澳洲昆士兰建筑、地产、顾问经验。
3、至少有2年团队管理经验，能够管理CM公司；
4、英语流利，会中文者优先；
工作职责：
1、Project Cost Management: Manage the overall project cost based on company policies;
项目成本管控: 按照公司规定对项目总成本进行管控。
2、Manage QS company, and check work outcomes submitted by QS based on contracts;
管理QS公司，按照合同审核QS提交的工作成果。
3、Manage target cost provided by the headquarter, and facilitate the optimization of the design. Conduct dynamic management and tracking on project cost;
按照总部下发的目标成本进行管控，协调设计优化。对项目成本进行动态管理和追踪。
4、Responsible for facilitating Class 1 bidding, local bidding, and local construction management bidding; and facilitating design and marketing bidding.
负责协助一类招投标及地方类招标，管理施工类的地方招投标，协助设计类 ，营销类招投标。
5、Manage contracts including managing construction contracts, auditing change, progress payment and billing. Monitor and manage other contracts including consulting contracts.
合同管理包括施工合同的管理，审核变更，进度款支付以及结算。对其他合同包括顾问合同进行监督管理。
6、Implement the vertical management of HQ Cost Control Department as well as the dual control from the project general manager under the guidance of Deputy Director of the Cost Control Department.
在成本副总的领导下贯彻总部成本部的垂直管理以及项目总经理的双重管控。
7、Responsible for the archives management of the Cost Control Department
负责成本部的文档管理
8、 Successfully complete all assigned tasks under the guidance of the Deputy Director of the Cost Control Department.
在成本副总的领导下，完成项目成本部的各项工作
